You might have not heard as this launch was only limited to EU countries, Switzerland and Norway. Jolla C is more of a platform than a actual smartphone for the Sailfish developer who are interested and try it out.
Jolla had limited the stock only 1000 unit and as anyone would expect it was sold out in the blink of an eye and also as of company policy they do not provide any warranty on their product. there is no news that Jolla will be renewing the stock of its smartphone any time soon. also as of company policy they do not provide any warranty on their product.
Being a new comer to the smartphone business they still have a lot to get around to therefore that might be the reason that they equipped their product with entry level specs. the smartphone is said to be receiving all the Sailfish OS updates from now on.
Housed by a Snapdragon 212 quad core processor, 2 GB RAM and 16 GB internal memory with expandable upto 32 GB and a 5-inch 720p HD display. it also houses a 8 MP primary camera with LED flash and a 2 MP front camera. the specs are only entry level but that be expected from them as they are not competing with anybody. they launched their product only for enthusiast of Sailfish or developer of Sailfish.
As of 2016 the only other phone that uses Sailfish OS other than Jolla is Intex. Intex has announced that they will be launching their Intex Aqua Fish announced at the MWC 2016 although it hasn't hit the market yet. As of now rumor are coming of a new launch by Jolla as they generated enough fund to last them a year and they might start their actual production soon.
